From a broken chain or loose clasp to tarnishing, scratches, or a size adjustment as your child grows, Loving Care gives you extra peace of mind with a simple, one-time repair or replacement benefit.
What Loving Care Covers
Loving Care includes one (1) free repair or replacement for the covered item due to eligible normal wear or accidental damage, including:
- Broken chains
- Scratches from everyday wear
- Discoloration caused by lotions, soaps, or perfumes
- Loose charms or clasps
- Stretching or snagging of cords or elastic
- Tarnishing caused by exposure to air or moisture
- Size adjustments for growing children — If the original chain becomes too short, you may request one longer replacement chain
- Knotted chains — If a chain becomes knotted and cannot reasonably be untangled, we may provide one repair or replacement
Loving Care is a one-time benefit. Once your repair or replacement has been fulfilled, the service is considered used and cannot be applied again.
Coverage Terms
- Loving Care is a paid add-on purchased with your jewelry
- Each Loving Care purchase applies to one eligible product only
- The benefit may be used once within 3 years of the original purchase date
- Once a repair or replacement is completed, the benefit expires
- Loving Care is non-transferable and cannot be moved to another item
- Loving Care is non-refundable once your order enters production

Using your coverage is simple:
- Contact our customer care team by email or live chat
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Include photos if requested so our team can review the item
- Once approved, we’ll arrange the eligible repair or replacement
No return is required unless our customer care team specifically requests one.

A Few Things to Know
Loving Care provides a repair or replacement benefit rather than a cash refund.
Coverage does not extend to lost or stolen jewelry, intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or damage outside the scope of the service.
If a replacement is required and the original item is no longer available, Glaxias may provide a comparable replacement of similar style and value.

- Removing jewelry before swimming, bathing, sleeping, or rough play
- Keeping jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals when possible
- Storing jewelry in a clean, dry, soft-lined place

- Following the care instructions provided with your jewelry
